K, so these are photos from my first ever Art vs Science show, back in 2010. I was so excited because not only were my favourite band playing in my shitty little state that no bands ever come to, but they were playing at my UNI! Epic winning. Anyway, that night was an epic fail, not because of them, it was an incredible show (of course) but I was drunk and forgot the first half, got pushed off the barricade, took a massive elbow to the nose and left the moshpit in tears. Wah, wah… Anyway, the pole climbing photo belongs to Nicole Connolly, Jim and I had a nice reminisce about it last time we met. Jim sprung up there quick as lightning while Dan Mac took a little while to haul himself up, then they hung there for a while to much applause. Yay! Anyway, this night started a love affair that will outlast religion, and even though there were some things that upset me very much, I still have happy memories from that day/night :)

Sidetracked Music Festival at the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Melbourne, 17/3/12

Highlight of my existence. We meet the guys from AvS separately throughout the day (which was amazing, btw), and then are invited to hang out in the artist’s compound before the show. THEN, we are allowed to watch the show from side of stage and hang with the band AFTER the show too. I’m not exaggerating when I say I don’t know how I survived all of this, it was too amazing.  

Wrest Point Showroom, Hobart 29th September 2011, the night we met Dan W :D the photo with the 5 of us is already up on here, so I didn’t add it to this album. But, this night is either tied with MS Fest for best night of my life or runner-up by the most infinitesimal amount <3 <3 <3 

Future Music Festival Melbourne, 13th March 2011. Stinking hot day turned into a bucketing-down-with-rain day. I’d had a horrific weekend in Melbourne and the only reason I’d travelled all the way there was to see AvS, and they could only play 6 songs D: It’s not their fault of course, I wish it hadn’t rained! But I got a wave, a lovely smile from Jim and an awesome stalker photo so that made it worth it :P

These were only taken on my little Nikon Coolpix S3000, so the quality isn’t toooo great, but nevertheless, I was really excited just to take some blurry pictures of my fave band and hang out with them. Dan Mac is appreciating his flashing glasses that we gave the band as gifts :D
